RODING HEALTHCARE LTD, a subsidiary of The Roding Medical Centre limited, is a healthcare solution provider incorporated in Nigeria to satisfy individual and corporate organization healthcare needs.
The Roding Medical Centre Limited, the flagship hospital, was incorporated as a limited liability company on 8th February 1999 to offer quality healthcare services. The facility commenced operations on 25th April,1999 at its office located at 29B Olabode George Street, Off Ajose Adeogun Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. We also have a branch located at Plot 106,Ogunnusi Road,Ogba Isheri Road, Ojodu, Ikeja, Lagos.
Roding Healthcare Ltd whose corporate office is at No. 4 Makoko Road, Adekunle, Yaba, Lagos was incorporated as a limited liability company on 25th May, 2011. The organization commenced operations on 1st March, 2013.

Dr Adewunmi Adeyemi-Bero
Chairman
Dr. Adeyemi-Bero is a renowned Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with over twenty years experience. He graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons/The National University of Ireland in 1983.He became a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in the UK in 1994 and a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine in 2004.He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and a Fellow of the West African College of surgeons.
After a six year sojourn in the UK where he worked in several hospitals in the Waltham Forest Health Authority, he returned to Nigeria and was employed as a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in hospitals such as the First Consultant Medical Centre and The Premier Specialists Medical Centre. He is the proposer and pioneer Medical Director of The Roding Medical Centre Limited. He has attended several international medical conferences in the speciality of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Mr. Ebenezer Olaseinde Olabisi
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Olabisi is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty years experience. He started his professional career with Coopers & Lybrand & Co in 1985. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Insurance from University of Lagos. He is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Associate member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is presently a partner in BDO OyediranFaleye Oke& Co ( an international firm of chartered accountants) and has extensive experience in audit and tax practice in Nigeria
Dr. Oyedapo Olalekan Oyetunde

Dr. Oyetunde, a Patron /Life Associate Member of the Nigeria Red Cross Society (NRCS) is a Medical Practitioner (MBBS) with many years experience who is a graduate of the University College Hospital, Ibadan. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Healthcare Management from the prestigious ESG Paris Graduate School of Management, France ( Ecole supérieure de Gestion ) and a Doctor of Business (DBA) specializing in Healthcare management (Honoris Causa) from the Commonwealth University. He is a Fellow of the Institute for Health Insurance and Managedcare of Nigeria of Nigeria (FIHIMN), Doctoral Fellow of Chartered Institute of Management Specialist of UK/USA(FCIMS), a Fellow of Chartered Association of Business Administrators of Canada(FCABA),a Fellow of the institute of Brand Management of Nigeria[FIBM], a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultant[FIMC],A Certified Management Consultant [CMC],a Full Professional Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management(MNIM) ,Full Member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria(M.IoD) ;Associate of the Chartered Institute of insurance of Nigeria (AIIN),a Health Insurance Expert, a Certified HMO Professional(CHP), an Oracle certified Professional/Database Administrator(OCP) with PGD ,Pastoral Leadership from the Redeemer’s International Leadership Academy . He worked as the Head of Quality Assurance/Community Health/Business Development at Managed Healthcare Services Ltd, a National HMO which is a subsidiary of Equity Assurance Plc.
He was also the pioneer Assistant General Manager, Quality Assurance and Network at Anchor HMO international Co. Ltd, a National HMO affiliated to Anchor Insurance Co. Ltd.
Dr. Oyetunde is a recipient of the Federal Government Scholarship award ,the Nigerian Humanitarian Icon award( 2016) and a winner of certificate of service per excellence for his dedication to service at the Primary Healthcare Centre in Bakori Local Government Area Katsina State during his National Youth Service Year .As a result of his contribution to the humanitarian services in Nigeria he was also conferred with the most prestigious media honor in west Africa ,the International Africa Achievers Merit Award Accra 2016,the most outstanding Medical personality in West Africa award and the Life Ambassador of Peace Award. He is a recipient of the African Prize for Leadership Excellence, Business personality leadership award of the year 2016 and Nigeria Redcross, Man of the year Award for 2018.
He is a member of the Harvard Business School Community who is an Alumnus of both the Harvard Business School(US) and the Manchester Business school (UK)Executive Education with both Foreign and Local certifications/awards which include Executive Certificate (Harvard Business School and Manchester Business School);Project Management (University of Toronto) ; Leadership(Dubai/London);Corporate Governance( He has attended the Advanced Company Direction Programme London,UK of IoD), and Leadership/Value Creation(University of Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania ).

Mr Salami is a banker with many years of experience. He worked with Societe Generale Bank of Nigeria for twenty years and retired as an Executive Director. Presently, he is the Chairman of Accord Savings and Loans Limited.
Mr. Ademola Adeyemi–Bero
Non Executive Director
Mr. Ademola Adeyemi-Bero is presently the MD/CEO of First Exploration & Petroleum Development Co. Ltd (First E& P). He had previously spent some 20 years with Shell International, and before that he had an early working life with Ashland Oil Company.
Over the years, Ademola has acquired deep knowledge and excellent understanding of various aspects of the oil and gas business in a variety of roles; Business Director of Shell’s Nigeria Joint Venture (SPDC JV) where he was responsible for the business growth and venture management functions of the company, VP New Business, Africa within Shell International E&P, responsible for portfolio growth in Africa as well as General & Asset Management and Chief Technical roles across a number of countries. He has a sound understanding of the Nigerian oil and gas business environment.
Mr. Lateef Olaseinde Karim

He is an astute legal practitioner who finished from University of Lagos, Akoka, Yaba, Lagos State with a Bachelor of Law (LL.B ) in 1981 . He batched his Barrister at Law (B.L) at Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island, Lagos He practiced at Femi Okunu & CO between 1983 – 1989 as Legal Practitioner in Chambers and later left for Karim Thompson & Ishola & CO. , where he was the Managing Partner till 1992 . He later became the Principal Partner of Olaseinde Karim & CO where he was between 1992- 2003. He is presently the Managing Partner of Femi Okunu & CO. He is strongly involved in Advocacy, Solicitorship, Company Secretary Duties, Probate Matters & General Office Administration.
He is a Member of the Governing Council, Lagos State University; Chairman, Slabs Nig Ltd;Chairman, Legalmetrics Solutions Ltd; Director, The Roding Medical Centre; Director, Roding Healthcare Ltd. MRs. Olubunmi O. ADIGUN
AGM, OPERATION & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.
Mrs. Olubunmi is currently an Assistant General Manager and the Head of Business Development Department at Roding Healthcare Ltd. Prior to joining Roding Healthcare, she worked at Redcare Healthcare Limited as Marketing Executive where she later became Team lead International Business. She also worked at First City Monument Bank.
She is an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who always strives to achieve a very high standard. She has proven leadership abilities and she is a good team player. This can be attributed to her over 13 years’ experience in Business generation, Sales, Marketing, Client retention Strategies, Strategic Management, and Leadership. She is a Certified International Customer Service professional (USA) and full professional member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (MNIMN) .Olubunmi Adigun holds a degree in History and International studies from Ambrose Ali University and MBA from University of South Wales, United Kingdom. Her hobbies include watching TV documentaries.
Mr. Ndubuisi Michael Edeh

Mr. Ndubuisi is an Information technology professional with many years of experience in hardware and software configuration. He graduated from University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) with Second class Honours in Computer Science. He has Master’s degree in Information Technology from University of Lagos. He is also a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), Oracle 12C Database Administrator (OCA), and a Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA). He is a certified Front-End developer with Google Africa, in Partnership with Andela learning community.
He is a member of Nigeria Computer Society and Nigeria Institute of management (Chartered).
He has worked in Health Partners/Summit Healthcare Ltd as Head System, Database Administrator and Networking with great achievements on implementation of network infrastructure configuration, Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise solutions 12.0, Exchange Servers, Domain Controller and Active Directory, Windows server R2 standard Edition and Integrated Hospital Management System (IHMS).
He has certifications in Management and Entrepreneurial Development.
Ms Funmilayo Ale
Head, Accounts.
Ms Funmilayo Ale is a qualified Accountant (ACA), of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) with many years of experience in Accounts/Finance field. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Social Sciences Accounting/Finance department, University of Ilorin. She has been in active practice with experience in the Hospitality, Banking and Healthcare Industry respectively. She also has Master’s in Risk Management from University of Lagos.
She joined Managed Healthcare Services Limited a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) which is a subsidiary to Sunu Assurance Plc formerly (Equity Assurance Plc) as Account Executive and rose to the position of Deputy Manager with years of experience in financial reporting, investment management, budgetary control, internal control, credit control, reconciliation of bank accounts, account receivables & payables and general ledger account balances reconciliation.
She worked as Head, Internal Audit/Control at Bowman Microfinance Investment & Trust Limited, Lagos with qualitative experience in banking operations, Internal control, compliance with company and regulatory policies and marketing skill.
She also has experience in credit control, stock and cost control as Account Officer at La Bugatti Suites, Lagos.
She has attended seminars and trainings such as Leadership Training on Transformational Leadership in a changing Environment, Managerial training – Team Leadership, Supervisory training and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skill.

MR JOSEPH UGWU
HEAD, CARE-CORDINATION
Mr. Joseph is a healthcare professional of over 20 years’ experience in Clinical Practice and Managed Healthcare. A graduate of School of Nursing Bishop Shanahan Hospital Nsukka and a bachelor degree holder from University of Nigeria Nsukka (B.Sc Biological Sc.). He has obtained several certifications in customer services including a special MPH from Realizing Global Health ( Midego USA in 2012).
He worked as a senior nurse at Ozondu Medical Centre Opi in Nsukka. He was a nurse practitioner at Chizoba Clinic also in Opi in Nsukka. He also worked with R-Jolad Hospital in Gbagada as clinical nurse and claims officer. Furthermore, he served as a Network manager with Sunu Healthcare a subsidiary of Sunu Assurances Nigeria Plc ( formerly: Managed Healthcare Services a subsidiary of Equity Assurance Plc ). Presently, Mr. Ugwu Joseph Ofoma is the Head, Care-Coordination with Roding Healthcare Ltd.
DR. RONE ORUGBOH EBIYON
HEAD, QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CALL CENTRE
Dr. Rone is a vibrant Medical Doctor with a passion for Managed Healthcare and Healthcare Finance with over 5 years in the Health insurance industry in Nigeria. The roles she has functioned include: Provider Manager, Quality Assurance and Hospital Network Supervisor.
She attended the College of Medicine, Lagos, where she bagged the MBBS degree. She also has a Certification in Health Quality Management from the Institute of Health Care Management, Lagos. She worked in Oceanic Health and later moved to Roding healthcare, where she currently oversees the Quality Assurance/Provider management and Call Centre.
CHRISTIANA.O. LEWIS
HEAD, FRAUD & FORENSIC
Mrs. Christiana. O. Lewis is a Healthcare Professional with over two decades of experience in Clinical, Fertility and Administrative nursing. She graduated as a Nurse practitioner from the University of Benin Teaching Hospital, and as a Midwife from School of Midwifery, Irrua Edo state. She has a postgraduate Diploma and Master’s degree in Social work (Health) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and an international nursing council registration from the Commonwealth of Bahamas.
She had her SIWESS done at The Lagos state Ministry of Women Affairs and Poverty alleviation in Alausa (Domestic violence department).
She worked as a Nurse practitioner with clinical and administrative experience at Kamorass Hospital, Victoria Island, Lagos before moving to Nordica Fertility Centre where she worked as a Fertility Nurse. She also worked as a clinical nurse at The Children’s Practice, Ikoyi Lagos.
She is a Certified International Customer Service professional and Member of Society for Quality in Healthcare who has attended several trainings on General and Clinical management.
She also has a skill from an online training on Advocacy from Philanthropic University.
She was a Business Executive at The Roding Reproductive Centre, a unit of The Roding Medical Centre Ltd, Lagos before moving to Roding Healthcare Ltd and worked as the head of Claims department .she presently working as head of Fraud & Forensic department.
MRS COMFORT JOLAADE OJURAYO
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Mrs. Comfort had National Diploma (ND) in Accounting from Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo in 2005, holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa in 2009. She has obtained both local and international Professional Qualification in Human Resources and General Management.
She is an Associate Member of Nigerian Institute of Management- Chartered (NIM), Associate Member of Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria (ISMN). She has completed the final stage of the Chattered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) professional Examination for the award of ACIPM, HRPL and professional Diploma in Human Resources Management. She holds a Diploma in Human Resources Development from ICM, UK.
She has work experience in both public and private sector. In the public sector, she worked in the office of the Accountant General of the Federation- AGF (Sub -Treasury) with work experience in Audit and payroll (reconciliation of Government parastatals salary schedule).
She worked in Anchor HMO international Co. Ltd affiliated to Anchor Insurance as Client Services Executive. She later moved to Roding Healthcare with work experience in Marketing, Claims, Admin/Human Resources.
MRS YETUNDE TIJANI
HEAD, UNDERWRITING
Mrs. Yetunde is a graduate of Lagos State University, where she was awarded a bachelor’s degree in Insurance (B.Sc. Insurance). Her quest for more knowledge made her proceed to Ladoke Akintola University where she obtained her second degree in Human Resource and Management (MBA Human Resource and Management). She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management (CIPDM), Associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance of Nigeria (CIIN).
She worked as a Customer Service Executive at Access Bank Plc. She also worked as Head, Commerce and Press Department at Helpers International School. She later joined Stanbic IBTC Bank as a Marketing Officer.
She has been in active practice with experience in the Academic, Banking and Healthcare Industry. She started in Roding Healthcare Ltd as claims executive and rose to the position the Head of the Underwriting department.
Wale Adekola LLB (B.L)
MBA-Consultant
Wale Adekola is a Barrister-at-Law, Banker, Mortgage/Real Estate Practitioner and Management Consultant, Wale has been in the business of providing solution in private corporate environment and the public sectors. His competences include Credit Structuring, Business Turn-Around, Corporate Re-engineering, Financial intermediation, Business Strategy and Facilitation.
He was a General Manager with Lagoon Home Savings & Loans Limited (Mortgage Bankers) and currently a consultant in Roding Healthcare Ltd and also senior partner in the law firm of De-cathedral & Associates.
Wale belongs to various social and professional societies including the Nigeria Bar Association, the Rotary International (Mushin Metropolitan Club), Nigeria National Institute of Marketing, Institute of Chartered Arbitrators and Institute of Financial Planners. He is also a sports enthusiast who played active football, Table Tennis and Athletics.
